It is not clear if/how harbor sources support #sleep/#wake_up. Notably, the feeding thread of an harbor source can be awakened even if it's aslept. We should make sure that the current behavior is what one would expect. Or at least discard the use of sleep/wake_up with harbor sources, i.e. discard the use of dynamic creation/deletion of harbor inputs.
