Description

Hi all,

LIRC support for liquidsoap sounds good. It will be nice to queue tracks [0 - 9] on current playlist by remote control.

I agree that it would be cool. But I'd rather see it as an external tool: you can have a script that reads from the remote, and interacts with liq using the (telnet/unix-socket) server.

Bubble is an example of how an external tool can interface with liq to provide a new feature. Another useful feature that could be added that way is podcast support.
