Overflow when computing duration

Description 

$ liquidsoap -r longlongfile.mp3
Computing duration: -408.64 sec.

I'm wondering if it has bad effects besides this..

As far as I know, duration is only used for lastfm submissions, which has just been changed by default to Broadcast submissions now that they support it. This type of submission doesn't need duration, so it is not used.
