Add a minimal PACKAGE config that suits basic usage of liquidsoap and should
allow people to build liquidsoap more easily.
I only left soundcard output through libao because it's useful for testing.
simple scripts; all others are disabled. I left only the basic audio formats
MP3 and OGG (including non-free ocaml-lame).
PACKAGES.default might be renamed to .full in the future?
